Returns and refunds

When you shop at PlumbersHQ, you are always covered by our Returns Policy which offers peace of mind and quality assurance.

In addition, many manufacturers also offer their own guarantee or warranty for their products. This varies by product type and brand and products will be assessed by the manufacturer should an issue occur.

We will accept returns when the following conditions are met:

1) The goods have a demonstrable manufacture fault.

2) "Change of Mind" refunds:

  • Only within 14 DAYS of invoice.
  • Only if the product is intact, unused and in its original packaging.
  • Only when accompanied by a valid tax invoice.
  • The cost of returning the product will be the consumer’s responsibility.

You must adequately package any product you are returning to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our warehouse. All original items including packaging must also be returned. You may choose to return the product by your own means or we will arrange for any products you want returned to be collected, at your cost.

Refunds will be processed once we have received the product and inspected to assess whether it is eligible for a refund under these conditions. The refunded amount will be process by the same payment method used to purchase the product.
